Ganbatte Engine:

GANBATTE ENGINE is a 60-minute weekly class tailored for athletes aiming to enhance their performance by enhancing aerobic capacity. With a diverse regimen of high-intensity interval training, GANBATTE ENGINE is perfect for individuals looking to push their limits and boost endurance, whether for marathon, triathlon, functional fitness/CrossFit, or Hyrox competitions. Ganbatte Engine Plus is a 90 minute class once a week taught by coach JP.

Ganbatte Strong (GSTRONG):

Strength-focused classes designed to help athletes learn the fundamentals of weight training to build strength for better performance and injury prevention/recovery. Classes feature a combination of traditional weight training and accessory work.

Ganbatte WOD (GWOD):

Functional fitness classes where athletes build skills through a constantly varied program of weightlifting, strength training, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning.

Endurance WOD (EWOD):

Endurance programming with longer workouts. HIIT or Bootcamp style of workouts.
